Propix Technologies provides digital and creative services, including Branding, Content Development, Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, Website Design & Development, SEO, Advertising, and AI-based digital solutions.

The services provided to each client will depend on the package or service selected and the scope agreed upon.

Our service plans are available for the following commitment periods:

3 Months | 6 Months | 9 Months | 12 Months

The applicable service duration will be confirmed at the time of booking or agreement. Once the service period begins, the selected commitment period will apply as agreed between Propix Technologies and the client.

All payments must be made according to the payment terms communicated at the time of service confirmation.

Services may be paused or discontinued in case of delayed or unpaid payments.

Any third-party costs, including advertising budgets, hosting, domains, paid software, subscriptions, or other external charges, may be billed separately unless specifically included in the selected package.

Cancellation and refund terms may vary depending on the service and commitment period selected.

Fees for services already delivered, work completed, or third-party expenses incurred are generally non-refundable.

For 3, 6, 9, or 12-month service commitments, early termination may be subject to the terms agreed at the time of service confirmation.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, required materials, access, feedback, and approvals necessary for the successful delivery of services.

Delays caused by missing information, approvals, or client-side requirements may affect project timelines.

Deliverables will be provided according to the selected package and agreed scope of work.

Requests outside the agreed scope or additional revisions may be subject to additional charges.

Propix Technologies provides professional digital marketing and creative services but does not guarantee specific business results, sales, leads, followers, engagement, reach, website traffic, or advertising performance.

Results may depend on various factors including market conditions, competition, advertising budget, platform algorithms, audience response, and the client's products or services.

Our services may involve third-party platforms such as Meta, Instagram, Facebook, Google, YouTube, WhatsApp, hosting providers, payment gateways, and other technology platforms.

Propix Technologies is not responsible for downtime, policy changes, algorithm changes, account restrictions, suspensions, technical issues, or other actions taken by third-party platforms.

All original work created specifically for the client will be handled according to the agreed service terms.

Propix Technologies retains ownership of its internal systems, processes, templates, strategies, tools, methodologies, and other proprietary materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Propix Technologies may showcase completed work, projects, designs, websites, and campaigns in its portfolio, website, social media, and marketing materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

You agree not to use our website or services for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, misleading, or prohibited activity.

Propix Technologies reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services that violate applicable laws or platform policies.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on our website accurate and up to date. However, information, pricing, services, offers, and availability may change without prior notice.

Propix Technologies shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or business losses arising from the use of our website or services, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
